Shan TAB supported the ARAMCO Master Gas Project in Rabigh, delivering specialized mechanical works for the Black Powder, Receiver, and Launcher facilities. This project formed a critical part of Aramco’s gas infrastructure and required strict adherence to safety, quality, and engineering standards due to the nature of the process systems involved.

Scope of Work
The project scope included the installation of black steel and stainless steel piping systems, covering fabrication, coating, alignment, and erection activities. Shan TAB executed welding works in accordance with approved procedures and ensured all piping systems were prepared for safe operation. Testing and commissioning activities were carried out to verify system integrity, pressure containment, and operational readiness.ance.
Technical Highlights
High-grade materials were used to suit gas service conditions and operational pressures. All welding joints were inspected and tested to meet project specifications. Protective coating systems were applied to enhance corrosion resistance and extend service life. Final testing and commissioning confirmed that the piping networks were ready for integration into the overall gas handling system.
