Shan International was appointed to carry out comprehensive Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) services for the AL-RAJHI HQ Tower in Riyadh, a high-profile corporate development with complex HVAC requirements. The project focused on achieving precise air and water flow balance across the entire HVAC system while ensuring acoustic and vibration compliance for occupant comfort.

Scope of Work
Our scope included complete air balancing and hydronic balancing for all HVAC systems serving office spaces, common areas, and critical zones. Shan Intl. also performed detailed sound and vibration testing to verify that mechanical equipment operated within acceptable noise and vibration limits. All testing activities were conducted using calibrated instruments and followed internationally recognized TAB and HVAC performance standards.
Technical Highlights
The HVAC system was balanced to meet design airflow and water flow criteria, ensuring uniform temperature distribution and energy-efficient operation. Sound and vibration measurements were carried out on major mechanical equipment to confirm compliance with project specifications. The results were documented in detailed TAB reports, providing full transparency and verification of system performance.
